ALCM applies a double-blind peer review system. Both reviewers and authors remain anonymous. Every manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent experts. Reviews assess methodology, scientific rigor, and clinical significance. The Editor-in-Chief makes final decisions based on reviewers’ reports and ethical compliance. Authors must provide a detailed response to reviewer feedback. Reviews remain confidential, following COPE guidelines.
